Carvoeiro Village
The pretty Portuguese fishing village of Carvoeiro and has a lovely feel and is set around a fantastic sheltered beach. The village canter and beach are less that 4 minutes walk from the apartment.
You won’t find any high rise buildings, just a great selection of local restaurants, places to relax have a drink and take in the wonderful views.
The apartment is in a central position with a good selection of shops very close by. From bakeries to butchers, supermarkets to pharmacies, restaurants to cafes, everything you will ever need is within a few minutes walk.

Algar Seco Resturant Bar
Another hidden gem in Carvoeiro is Algar Seco restaurant Bar, a fantastic & unusual setting in the rocks. On a summer evening there is nothing better than having a meal there with friends listing to the occasional local musician. This is not near the centre so please see the map for location or ask at reception. Finally ask to see their photos of when the bar was hit by a storm.
Cocktails in the Almansor hotel
There are plenty of places in Carvoeiro to relax however happy hour cocktails in the Almansor hotel one evening is a must. On the road west out of Carvoeiro about 1km away. The whole building is built into the cliff, with a fantastic roof bar/terrace overlooking its own private bay/beach. Great early evening to watch the sun set…
