| Welcome to our wonderful 4 bedroom apartment located in the resort of Monte Dourado overlooking the pretty fishing village of Carvoeiro on the Algarve, Portugal.
As an old saying goes “position is everything” our apartment keeps to this rule being very close to the village centre, beach, central bars and restaurants yet far enough away for a peaceful nights sleep. We have owned the apartment since 2003, when we fell in love with the area due to the relaxed atmosphere, wonderful beaches, great food & fantastic people.
The apartment is very well placed on the edge of the beautiful resort of Monte Dourado, with views over the country rather than other apartments. Whist staying at our apartment you will have the full use of the resorts facilities, including 6 swimming pools (including 3 baby pools) and 2 tennis courts. Wi-Fi internet is also provided
This comfortably apartment will sleep up to 2 families, (4 adults and 4 children) in 4 good size bedrooms. Alternatively the forth bedroom can be used by adults thus accommodating 8 adults in total. The two main bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms with an additional shower room and WC serving the third bedroom and living area.
Family Friendly
The apartment is situated on the ground floor with no steps. The veranda is located at the rear of the apartment south facing and well away from any roads.

| The main living room has a large dining table suitable for 8. There is also plenty of seating to relax and chill-out. The satellite TV shows English, German, Dutch and Portuguese channels. Patio doors lead from the living room to a large veranda that captures the sun from dawn to early evening. |

| The kitchen is fully fitted, marble work surfaces. There is a brand new ceramic hob & oven, a new dishwasher & a new washing machine. (All replaced just a few months ago). The coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle were all replaced within the last 12 months. We also keep plenty of cooking equipment such as, pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses and cutlery. Tea and hand towels are supplied clean each week. |

| Outside there is a large veranda with tables and chairs for alfresco dinning. Situated on the ground floor the veranda is also a safe and ideal place for young children. One of the main reasons we choose this apartment over many was the fact that the apartment faces south and is ideally situated on the edge of the resort (not overlooked). There are gardens surrounding the veranda with no access from the road giving a feeling of privacy and safety for children. Just 10 meters away there is a lovely swimming pool along with a baby pool. This pool area is exclusive to our clients and Monte Dourado residents. This is one of 4 different pool area available for your use. For those feeling a bit more energetic the resort has a tennis centre. Court, Balls etc can be rented from Monte Dourado reception. |

| The main bedroom is a very good size and boasts a large double bed. There is plenty of storage with 3 wardrobes, a set of draws, a dressing table. There is also a safe hidden in the back of the built-in-wardrobe. The bedroom also looks over the veranda and garden. As this bedroom faces south the its a lovely sunny room to wake-up in. The bedroom has it’s own full en-suit bathroom. The bathroom walk-in double shower, sink, WC, and shaver point. |

| The third bedroom has a 3/4 double bed and a full size bunk bed. Again there is plenty of storage with 3 built-in wardrobes. This room has a separate bathroom with shower WC and sink. This facility is placed outside the 3rd bedroom next to the front door. The for the bedroom has two large single beds, storage with a window to the rear of the property We often visit our apartment with other friends and their children. Due to the size of the apartment and the fact nobody sleeps in the living area we never feel cramped. |
